State-owned South Oil Company (SOC) has at long last selected a project management consultant for Iraq’s Common Sea Water Supply Project, engineering firm CH2MHill, and a contract should be initialled within 4-6 weeks. A road show for Iraq’s planned 1mn b/d crude export pipeline to Jordan has been postponed from October, but the ministry is aiming now to invite companies to London late next month.
