Lebanon has quietly closed bids for both of the LNG tenders it had launched in 2013, despite recent claims that bids will remain open until 23 December.
One tender calls for the installation of a build-operate-transfer (BOT) LNG import facility, in this case a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU).
