Libya has been thrown into further disarray, after a tanker managed to ship crude out of a terminal held by militia defying the central government, leading to parliament voting Prime Minister ‘Ali Zeidan out of office.
The North Korean-flagged Morning Glory left Es Sider port on Tuesday, laden with 350,000 barrels of crude. Es Sider is one of three export terminals under the control of the Political Bureau of Cyrenaica (PBC).
