Oman’s gas supply has been given a much-needed shot in the arm with the start-up of the onshore Abu Tabul gas field on Block 60.
Abu Tabul is the first of several fields the sultanate plans to bring online this year in an effort to boost much needed short-term gas supplies, ahead of the planned 2017 launch of the 1bn cfd Khazzan tight gas project on Block 61. (CONTINUED - 252 WORDS)
