Two giant Saudi petchems complexes will dominate MENA downstream headlines in 2016, whilst key recent Saudi & UAE refinery start-ups hit full capacity.
MENA downstream additions this year will be dominated by Saudi petrochemicals and in particular the Aramco/Dow Sadara joint venture specialty chemicals and plastics complex.
