State firm Saudi Aramco has awarded Spain’s Tecnicas Reunidas a contract for engineering, procurement, construction and assistance with commissioning of a clean fuels project at its 550,000 b/d Ras Tanura refinery on the Saudi Gulf coast.
Tecnicas Reunidas says the contract is for 48 months to mechanical completion and will be undertaken in two packages: isomerization, naphtha hydro-treatment, continuous catalyst regeneration, interconnections, flare system and buildings; and utilities and offsites. (CONTINUED - 760 WORDS)
