Iran’s state refiner NIORDC has announced a plan to build a fourth unit at the Persian Gulf Star (PGS) condensate splitters plant near the Gulf port of Bandar Abbas. This would process a further 120,000 b/d of condensate at the site, bringing additional output of 78,000 b/d of gasoline.
Two phases of PGS are currently operational: the first began operations in April 2017 and the second in February this year. (CONTINUED - 843 WORDS)
