Kuwait’s state refiner KNPC has commissioned two minor units that will enable it to begin commissioning 19 new and two revamped process units in its clean fuels expansion and upgrade of Mina Abdullah refinery.
At $12bn, the clean fuels project is one of the biggest developments in Kuwait’s oil and gas sector in recent years, encompassing work at both Mina Abdullah and the neighboring Mina al-Ahmadi refinery.
