The UAE’s Dana Gas announced in its Q2 results that expansion work at the Khor Mor gas field in Iraq’s Kurdistan Region has been disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The 400mn cfd Khor Mor field is operated by Dana Gas and Crescent Petroleum on behalf of the Pearl Consortium (Dana Gas 35%, Crescent Petroleum 35%, OMV 10%, Mol 10%, RWE 10%). A major two-train expansion project is underway, which is planned to boost capacity to 650mn cfd in Q1 2022 and then 900mn cfd in 2023.
