Abu Dhabi’s Masdar is buying out Germany’s IB Vogt from four solar PV projects totaling 180MW in Egypt’s Benban Solar Park in southern Egypt.
Masdar has bought IB Vogt’s share of 50MW ‘Infinity 50’ solar and this week signed agreements of intent to buy the firm’s stakes in its three other Benban projects (see table). (CONTINUED - 189 WORDS)
