With Abu Dhabi pushing ahead with plans to develop its extensive unconventional oil and gas reserves, the emirate is making a pitch for US firms to bring their shale expertise to the Gulf.
Speaking at the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Forum (GEF) on 19 January, the CEO of state energy giant Adnoc Sultan al-Jaber made his intentions very clear.
