Halliburton CEO Jeff Miller says that his firm’s specialty chemicals plant at Saudi Arabia’s PlasChem park in Jubail is “progressing to completion” in 2021.
“When it is complete, Halliburton will have a differentiated value chain in the region that maximizes local content, delivers customized solutions more quickly and shortens customer lead times,” Mr Miller told his firm’s recent Q4 earnings call, also referencing the “unique growth opportunities” the 80,000 t/y facility will provide the firm.
