Sabic and Aramco are reshuffling marketing of their downstream products in a post-acquisition search for further efficiencies.
Saudi Aramco and Sabic announced plans on 29 April “to realign marketing and sales, commercial and supply chain activities to drive efficiency and add customer value.” Essentially, Aramco Trading Company (ATC) will be in charge of marketing fuel products from the combined portfolio, while Sabic will market petrochemicals.
