*Japan imported 23.26mn tons of LNG in Q1, up 17% year-on-year and the highest quarterly figure since Q1 2018.
*Australia retained its number one spot for Q1 with 7.39mn tons. Malaysia was number two with 3.26mn tons, whilst number three Qatar saw volumes rise 11% year-on-year to 2.88mn tons, the highest quarterly figure since 1Q 2017.
