Adnoc has appointed US contractor McDermott as the design contractor for a new 9.6mn t/y LNG export facility in the emirate of Fujairah. The Abu Dhabi state energy giant says that it expects the design stage to be followed by an EPC award in 2023.
The announcement is an upgrade on previously announced plans. Adnoc LNG currently operates facilities with 5.8mn t/y capacity on Das Island, and last year (CONTINUED - 776 WORDS)
