Iraq is unilaterally pressing ahead with a key gas processing development which forms a central part of the $27bn TotalEnergies megadeal struck last September.
The oil ministry on 4 July reported that state-owned South Gas Company (SGC) had signed a $27.8mn Front-End Engineering (FEED) contract with American engineering services provider KBR for the “600mn cfd Ratawi Central Gas Hub.” (CONTINUED - 855 WORDS)
