Italy’s Edison, a subsidiary of France’s EdF, says it “expect[s] to take the final investment decision by the end of this year” on plans for a hugely ambitious 1,900km, 10bcm/y gas pipeline that would link Israeli gas fields to Greece and Italy via Cyprus and Crete.
