Representatives of the local Zawi tribe in Libya’s remote southwest had shut-in output at the El Feel fields operated by Eni-led Mellitah Oil & Gas on 13 July, with the bulk of output at the nearby Sharara fields operated by the Repsol-led Akakus Oil Operations shut in the following day.
