Yemen’s Houthis have shown little restraint in their most recent attacks in the Red Sea. Continuing to target merchant vessels passing through the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandeb strait, the armed group is becoming more strident in its destabilizing actions.
In the last two weeks the Houthis have carried out at least five confirmed serious attacks in the Red Sea (see map). Nearly all have involved unmanned drone strikes alongside occasional separate missile firings from Yemen’s coast. (CONTINUED - 1720 WORDS)
