Tunisia’s energy ministry on 17 October launched a ‘call for projects’ to potentially add up to 200MW of solar PV capacity, setting the deadline for proposals at the end of January 2025.
The selected independent power producers (IPPs) will sell the electricity “entirely and exclusively” to state power firm STEG under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs), the ministry says. (CONTINUED - 323 WORDS)
