Exports of jet fuel, diesel and gasoil from GCC countries to Europe reached an all-time high 1.1mn b/d in April, accounting for nearly half the region’s exports of middle distillates. No single fuel dominated flows to Europe, with April seeing 393,000 b/d of jet shipments, 335,000 b/d of diesel, and 293,000 b/d of gasoil.
Saudi Arabia and Kuwait dominated the trade, shipping 473,000 b/d and 340,000 b/d to Europe respectively in April. For Saudi Arabia, this was the highest figure since May 2018’s 492,000 b/d, while for Kuwait it was the highest since June 2023’s 410,000 b/d. (CONTINUED - 898 WORDS)
