Key parties are calling for renewed talks over the ongoing impasse which has kept the Kurdistan-Ceyhan oil export pipeline offline for more than a year. Both Iraq’s oil ministry and Apikur, an industry group representing IOCs in Kurdistan, have backed tripartite discussions between Baghdad, IOCs and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in a bid to resolve the deadlock.
