Norway’s Scatec has completed funding on two 50MW (60MWp) solar PV projects at Tozeur and Sidi Bouzid in Tunisia. The projects now move to the construction stage with the Aeolus subsidiary of Japan’s Toyota Tsusho taking a 49% stake.
Funding for the €79mn projects is coming from the London-based EBRD development bank and France’s Proparco development agency with additional guarantees coming from the World Bank’s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (Miga). (CONTINUED - 384 WORDS)
