Oman’s Integrated Gas Company (IGC) announced its first gas spot sale to Oman-based plastics producer Octal. According to the announcement, IGC will supply 15,000m3/d (530,000 cfd) for four months.
IGC was established in 2023 to take over the responsibility from the Ministry of Energy and Minerals of procuring, transporting, and selling gas between producers and consumers (MEES, 6 January 2023).
