Libya’s NOC on 2 September declared force majeure on crude oil operations at the 70,000 b/d-capacity El Feel field, a JV with Italy’s Eni located in the country’s far southwest. The state firm said the force majeure applies to both crude oil production at El Feel and crude loadings from the Mellitah complex (see map).
