Despite a sluggish first half of the year, Oman remains on course to hit the near 940,000 b/d total liquids target it has set for 2013, driven by a better-than-expected performance from independents Daleel Petroleum and CC Energy, a senior official at Oman’s Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG) says.
