A joint venture of Oman’s Suhail Bahwan and Algerian state oil firm Sonatrach is looking to start up a long-delayed fertilizers plant in the port city of Arzew, also site of a key refinery and LNG liquefaction plant.
Said Taibi, the joint venture’s assistant director general says “we expect to launch production at the complex and achieve commercialization during the first quarter of next year.” (CONTINUED - 476 WORDS)
