Iran is readying its much-anticipated upstream opening. It says this will go ahead whether or not a nuclear deal is reached with the P5+1 group of world powers.
With the 20 July deadline for the six-month interim nuclear deal between Iran and world powers fast approaching, the question on many people’s lips is whether or not the two sides will win their race against time, and arrive at a comprehensive deal before that date.
