Iranian state-owned refiner NIORDC has begun distributing Euro-4 specification gasoline produced in the first of three 120,000 b/d condensate splitters under construction at Bandar Abbas. The first train of the Persian Gulf Star (PGS) plant was brought online at the end of April.
NIORDC managing director Abbas Kazemi told reporters the plant had produced 100mn liters of gasoline as of mid-June – equivalent to 13,800 b/d – of which a first batch of 21mn liters had been delivered to storage tanks in Bandar Abbas for distribution. (CONTINUED - 362 WORDS)
