Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) in May recorded a six-month high $2.3bn in oil and gas revenues on the back of 1.26mn b/d output, a six-year-high.
“Our focus on crude production, despite ongoing security challenges, continues to bring success with over $725mn having been spent on exploration and drilling since 2018,” NOC chief Mustafa Sanalla said in a statement on 27 June.
