BP announced the start-up this week of the Ghazeer tight gas project providing Oman with yet another major natural gas boost.
Ghazeer is the second phase development of Block 61’s tight gas reserves (see map). Once it reaches full capacity it will add 500mn cfd (and 30,000 b/d condensate) to the 1bn cfd, 35,000 b/d condensate already produced by the block’s first phase Khazzan project. (CONTINUED - 706 WORDS)
