Moroccan businesses are getting a €253mn boost through two ‘green’ programs from the likes of the EBRD, the EU, the UN’s Green Climate Fund, and South Korea to help “strengthen Morocco’s economic recovery amid the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic,” the EBRD said on 1 October.
Rabat no doubt wants to see its ‘green’ ambitions trickle down to the wider economy.
