Yemen’s Houthi fighters claimed responsibility for an attack on oil storage facilities in Saudi Arabia’s port city of Jeddah in the early hours of the morning on 23 November. The attack came just hours after high level talks between Saudi Arabia, the US and reportedly Israel in the under-construction Neom ‘city of the future’ in Saudi Arabia’s far northwest.
