Saudi Arabia has “shortlisted five vendors” for its program to build two nuclear reactors for power generation, according to a 22 April tweet by King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (Kapsarc). The five firms are Westinghouse of the US, Russia’s Rosatom, Korea’s Kepco, France’s EDF/Orano and China’s CNNC.
