Iran has agreed to allow inspectors from the UN’s Vienna-based IAEA nuclear watchdog to visit two sites at which nuclear experiments are alleged to have taken place in the early 2000s.
Tehran’s concession comes after IAEA director general Rafael Grossi reported to the IAEA board of governors in June that Iran had denied inspectors access to the two sites “for over four months” and had failed to answer IAEA questions about the sites “for almost a year.” (CONTINUED - 727 WORDS)
