The US government’s Energy Information Administration, in its latest Short Term Energy Outlook, published 9 September, revises up its forecast for this month’s crude and condensate output by 120,000 b/d to 11.20mn b/d.
The figure for July is also revised up by 480,000 b/d to 10.74mn b/d in line with a 700,000 b/d upward revision to 10.44mn b/d in the ‘final’ data for June, which showed returning curtailed output faster than previously predicted (MEES, 4 September). (CONTINUED - 443 WORDS)
