Oman has announced a new upstream licensing round, offering up three blocks from August 2021. The offering consists of two onshore blocks (38 and 66) in the south east of the sultanate, and the offshore Block 23.
Both of the onshore blocks have previously been held by firms which have relinquished the assets, while Block 23 offshore has been split out from the open Block 22. (CONTINUED - 636 WORDS)
