Adnoc on 23 August signed framework deals with eight “top-tier global engineering contractors… for Concept and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) services for major projects across its full value chain to support the delivery of its 2030 strategy.” The deals are worth “up to $1bn” over 2021-26 with an option for a two-year extension, Adnoc says.
“The scope of the agreements is based on the forecasted requirement for external project engineering services across the Adnoc group” with the aim of delivering “substantial cost savings and optimize[d] project schedule.” Adnoc has a whopping $122bn 5-year investment plan (MEES, 22 November).
