While Egypt’s oil output struggles continue, falling to a near 40-year low of 570,000 b/d for July, state firm GPC has posted continuous gains.
Output rose by 21% year on year to a record 74,000 boe/d for the 2020-21 financial year. Whilst no oil and gas split is available, presuming a split in line with earlier years gives around 67,000 b/d of crude and 35mn cfd of gas (as well as 500 b/d of condensate) – see chart. (CONTINUED - 270 WORDS)
