Libyan gas exports to Italy via the 775mn cfd Greenstream pipeline – its sole export outlet – were set to restart on 17 February after the completion of “unplanned maintenance” at the Mellitah complex, operator Eni said in a market note on 16 February. Flows through the pipeline averaged about 275mn cfd in the first three days of the month before they fell to zero on 6 February.
