*Italy imported 1.14mn b/d of crude for 2021, up 13% on 2020’s multi-decade low but still well down on regular pre-2020 volumes. Q4 imports of 1.25mn b/d and December’s 1.30mn b/d were the highest respective figures since late-2019, however.
