US firm Halliburton operates the Halliburton Chemical Reaction Plant in Saudi Arabia’s under-development Plaschem park in Jubail. The facility was inaugurated in March and was the first facility at the derivates site to start operations (MEES, 3 June).
CEO Jeff Miller told the firm’s Q2 earnings call on 19 July that “our new chemical reaction plant in Saudi Arabia made the first batch of chemicals last month and is on track to meet its ramp-up goals.” (CONTINUED - 444 WORDS)
