Executives from Australia’s Fortescue Future Industries (FFI) on 10 September met with Egypt President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to discuss the green hydrogen/ammonia plans for which the firm last month signed an MoU.
Whilst the initial MoU was sparse on detail (MEES, 2 September), an FFI press release following the meeting with President Sisi says they “discussed the potential development of a green hydrogen production project with a 9.2GW installed capacity.” (CONTINUED - 169 WORDS)
