Shell, TotalEnergies and Oman’s OQ have finalized an agreement with Oman’s Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM) to develop gas reserves at Block 11. The partners on 15 September signed an exploration and production sharing agreement (EPSA) with the ministry to explore, appraise and develop Block 11’s natural gas and condensate resources. Block 11 is located in the west of Oman, near the sultanate’s mammoth PDO-operated Block 6.
Shell will operate Block 11 with a 67.5% stake, alongside TotalEnergies (22.5%) and OQ (10%). (CONTINUED - 524 WORDS)
