*Global number three crude importer India saw import volumes fall to a three-year low 4.026mn b/d for Q3, albeit on the back of Q1 and Q2 seeing quarterly records with record Russian volumes.
*At an average of 1.69mn b/d for 9M 2023 Russia volumes were up a whopping threefold year-on-year and almost twice those from number two supplier Iraq (down 16% at 952,000 b/d). Saudi Arabia was more than 200,000 b/d further back on 732,000 b/d, also down 16% year-on-year.
