Kuwaiti PM Sheikh Ahmad Al Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah survived a ‘grilling’ by MP Muhalhal al-Mudhaf on 28 November. The Prime Minister was first appointed in July 2022, but is already on to his fourth cabinet amid tumultuous relations with parliament (Majlis al-Umma). His third cabinet lasted a mere two months and was abruptly dissolved in preparation for last year’s elections (MEES, 21 April).
