*India’s imports from Russia edged higher for the second straight month to 1.55mn b/d for November but remain well down on the all-time high of 2.1mn b/d hit in May. Russia has nonetheless been top supplier to India for each of the past 14 months and was again more than 500,000 b/d ahead of number two Iraq (1.02mn b/d) for November.
