Israel exported its first crude oil cargo on 14 February, officially joining the club of oil exporters after the ‘Seliger’ loaded a 320,000-barrel cargo from the 800,000 barrel-capacity ‘Energean Power’ FPSO moored above the Greek firm’s 1.4tcf Karish field.
