Iran has brought online the first 250mn cfd phase of its NGL3200 gas processing plant. But throughputs are set to remain well below nominal capacity for the foreseeable future.
Planned since at least 2012, the plant is designed to process all currently flared gas from multiple fields in and around the country’s West Karun cluster bordering Iraq. The cluster includes North and South Azadegan, Yadavaran, and North and South Yaran (see map). (CONTINUED - 758 WORDS)
