Libya’s NOC on 17 May announced the restart of the country’s key 1.1bn cfd Mellitah gas processing complex ahead of schedule.
NOC says that it expects the renovation to mean “no unscheduled stoppages for a period of 5 years,” perhaps in reference to unplanned outages in both 2021 (MEES, 2 July 2021), and 2022 (MEES, 18 February). (CONTINUED - 194 WORDS)
